1. we have another code base of android 11, it support Widevine.
there is a vendor/widevine folder in android 11.
2. android 13 show not support.
there is no vendor/widevine folder in android 13.
so, How to enable Widevine DRM level 3 on android 13?
Attach pictures are checked by "DRM Info" app.

Widevine not supported in android 13
I confirmed this from android team, if you need request the package, pls follow
1) get google widevine license
2) sign NDA with NXP, then we will give you flexera code
then you can download widevine package from nxp.com

1. no , vendor/widevine no longer available in android 13.
2. yes, contact local FAE for vendor/widevine .
