I tried offline activation several times, but all failed. Finally, I clicked on online activation and succeeded.

It could be activated before, but it's not possible now.My environment has never been changed.What does the error code that is shown in the following picture mean? Can you provide relevant diagnostic information?

Yes. You always need access.

But EB has a detailed guide on this in your installation folder.

Have a look at it to understand process. I have also attached it here, just in case.

Did you enter activation code?

There should be no magic behind. Just enter the code and click activate.

If it is not working then check the firewall settings, admin rights etc... on your side.

Received an error code when attempting to activate license for EB tresos. Can you please post a new code?
