in the "i.MX 8M Quad/8M Mini/8M Nano/8M Plus - LPDDR4, DDR4 and DDR3L memory compatibility guide" all the LPDDR4 for the Nano are marked as obsolete
Do you have an updated memory part list compatible with the i.MX 8M Nano ?
