Where can i download the BSDL for mimx8ud7cvp08sc?

Yes you are right, apparently the files are named wrong because downloading the 9x9 version contain the 15x15 package.
You can download the correct one here.
I will report this issue to the apps team to correct the file names.

Thank you. But i think your link is incorrect.
It is a zip, extract it has a folder name: BSDL File for i.MX 8ULP (15x15 package)
inside the folder, the filename is imx8ulp_fccsp512_full.bsdl
open it using notepad, it shows Package Type: MAPBGA_9x9
But the mimx8ud7cvp08sc should only has 485 pins, not 512, and the package of it should be 15x15, not 9x9.
So maybe the download zip file is incorrect? Or am i misunderstanding?
