MIMXRT685-evk not able to debug with j-link

I'm a newer to  MCUXpresso IDE.

Pre:

board: MIMXRT685-EVK

official SDK package: SDK_2_16_000_EVK-MIMXRT685.zip

Build SDK: ctimer_pwm_with_dutycyle_change without any change.

Try to debug with J-link v2 tool.

Phenomenon:

Stuck at ResetISR function in file startup_mimxrt685s.c.

Now can't debug next step.

Debugger Console display:

I don't know the root cause and Very Need Help.
