But if you are asking if SW can write to the shadow flash, then yes.
Shadow flash is same as any other flash block, but used for configuration of device.

Hello, I am now encountering a problem, I am in the system initialization unlock erase and reprogram shadow flash (using the demo provided by your company), the startup process is Flash memory boot, censorship control register's config is SC == 55AA,CW !=55AA and I set a private password. Now the problem is that when the initialization is completed, when I enter the configured private password when debugging with CW 10.6, the following error will be reported, please help me answer the question of whether I should not directly operate the shadow flash during initialization.

You simply program censorship registers as described in reference manual:
You will use common flash programming procedure as for any other flash.
