(もちろん、ドキュメントによると、ls1028ardbではなくls1046ardbプレフィックス付きのフルイメージを期待していました)
何かアイデアはありますか?

これは、IT部門が設置したEDRによる問題でした。EDR は perl パッケージが処理されたときに bitbake を停止しました。
