I study debug tool on MCUXpresso IDE User Guide. and interesting about Debug seting "SEGGER Jlink" below. But I have no idea how to lanuch Dailog from instruction below.

The "launch config file" is a configuration file that is used to set and configure the parameters of a debugger such as SEGGER Jlink at startup. This file usually contains information about the target device to which the debugger is connected, debugging interface Settings, and so on.
