Can the color of the scale numbers of the Meter control that comes with GUI-Guider be adjusted individually?

Can I ask if the color of the scale numbers of the Meter control that comes with GUI-Guider can be adjusted separately? I changed the background of the dial to white and the scale to red, but the color of the scale numbers cannot be changed. In this case, the scale numbers cannot be displayed.
