Do you have something available that meets or exceeds the "sensitivity change versus temperature" and "zero-g level change versus temperature" of the MMA8452QR1?

You are correct, the MMA8452Q device is obsolete. Unfortunately, we do not have a direct replacement. I mean, pin-to-pin compatible.
In this case, I would like to recommend the following series from our accelerometer portfolio:
FXLS8967AF - ±2g/±4g/±8g/±16g, Low Power 12-bit Digital Accelerometer
