I downloaded the free Automotive Math and Motor Control Library Set NXP MPC577xC rev 1.1.4. When looking at either Diab or GHS archive MPC577xC_AMMCLIB.a, I realized that the archive was compiled with SPE 2.0. However, the MPC5777C only supports SPE 1.1. For example, look at GFLIB_Sqrt_FLT: it uses efssqrt assembly instruction which is SPE 2.0-only.
Please confirm bug in the Automotive Math and Motor Control Library. Thanks.
