Unfortunately, I don't think there are any videos showing the procedure.

In the Toolbox, there are BLDC_ClosedLoop_S12ZVM and PMSM_ClosedLoop_Sensorless_S12ZVM examples that may be a good starting point for your requirement. Have you tried generating the code for them?
