I am looking for a SPICE/Ibis model of the 74LV08 Logic AND gate from NXP.

If their is one available, where can I find it?

Hi mhi‌,

Unfortunately this Community is not dealing with such IBIS models - we are only supporting Simulink Models to allow automatic code generation for NXP Automotive processors.

In addition this  74LV08  is a part from NEXPERIA ( there was a spin-off from NXP) so in think it would be better to contact their technical support to get access to the IBIS models: Support | Nexperia
