Yes, you can use MBDT 3.0 with S32 Design Studio for ARM 2018.R1.
To import a project generated by our toolbox, go to Import and select ProjectInfo.xlm Importer (shown below):
You have to browse to the folder generated by the toolbox and select the ProjectInfo.xml file.
After that, you are all set. All you have to do is build the project and configure (if needed) options for the debugger (from Debug Configurations).
