Problem about on-chip temperature of DEVKIT-MPC5744P

Hello,

When I ran the program in the DEVKIT-MPC5744P board , I tested the internal temperature of the chip with Tsens1 and refPMC1.

it feels hot when I touch the surface of the chip. It reaches to 60 degrees in the freemaster.

Could you tell me whether the temperature is normal or not.

On my side, the devkit is running right now at 50*C according to FreeMaster. 

But according to the https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/MPC5744P.pdf  MPC5744P Data Sheet this in the normal range.
