I would like to know whether there are MPC5744P CCP module in the TOOLBOx ,like the following 5643L ccp module.

Unfortunately we do not have this feature into the MPC5744P Toolbox.
This driver comes from Vector - CCP (CAN Calibration Protocol) and as far as I can see was never supported on MPC5744.
I think the only way to tackle this would be to implement the protocol using existing CAN blocks supported by MPC5744P Toolbox.
