Hi Team, I am reaching out for assistance as I am currently unable to install the Model Based Design Toolbox for S32Z/E. I have MATLAB 2024b (even tried with MATLAB 2026a) installed on my system and also have an active NXP account. I downloaded the NXP_Support_Package_S32ZE_1.4.0_D2512.mltbx file, however when I attempt to proceed with the installation per Quick Start Guide, the process remains stuck indefinitely without completing or progressing further. I would really appreciate your help in identifying what might be causing this issue and any guidance on how I can successfully complete the installation. Please let me know if there are any logs or additional details I should provide to assist in troubleshooting. Thank you in advance for your support.

I have followed both the methods per user guide and had no luck.

Online method:

Per user guide section 1.2.2, I downloaded the NXP Model-Based Design Toolbox for S32Z/E series (NXP Model-Based Design Toolbox for S32Z/E series. Link :https://uk.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/134202-nxp_support_package_s32ze), but in step 1.2.2(f), "NXP_Support_Package_S32ZE.m" is not present in the folder after following the steps.

Offline method:

Following section 1.2.1, the toolbox download page redirects to my profile, and there is no S32E2 toolbox available under "Automotive SW-Model-Based Design Toolbox" on the website .

Design : Product Information : Automotive SW - Model-Based Design Toolbox

Just wondering if I am following the correct steps.

are NXP_Support_Package_S32ZE and Toolboxes two different packages?

Thanks,

Ravi

Hello,

Thank you for using our products. The issue is related to the software package access for the all S32ZE suite. You should first time access the entire package with all the S32ZE software and then the toolbox will be visible.
You can follow the steps from this document to get the mltbx from the nxp.com. To install it just drag and drop the .mltbx into MATLAB. As a note, the latest version supported is 2024b.

In the document the 1.3.0 version is mentioned, but the steps are the same for latest version 1.4.0. (should be visible in the version lists)
