MBDT License error

Hello,

My customer has following license issue:

I have generated the license from NXP MBDT website. But still getting license error. Followed the steps mentioned in license installation properly but the error is not resolved.

Could you please check with him the solution?

Hello,

What toolbox does the customer use? Is the license generated for the right toolbox? Is the Serial Disk properly introduced? Did the customer copy the license inside the toolbox in the "lic"  folder?
