How can I edit the build script for MBDT/Simulink as in MCUXpresso below:

Inside MBDT, you could customize the Simulink model's toolchain by selecting the Specify Build configuration in the Code Generation pane, as illustrated below.
This will allow you to modify flags, commands, and other options necessary for your application.
