The ProjectInfo.xml file is automatically generated if the checkbox from the MPC574x_Config block is checked as in the screenshot below.
As additional step, you have to rename the .S files into .s file extensions and to also change is inside the .xml generated file.
You shall use the S32DS for Power Architecture V2.1.
