JN-AN-1069 Serial Cable

I tried to run this application on 2 JN5169-001-M00 modules. One uses as a Coordinator. Another uses as an End.
The LED0,1 flashing together and LED0 (Transmitter) always turn ON on both. So I think the connection is good.
However, I try to connect FTDI cable to both modules on UART0 with baud rate 115200.
I tried to send from one module "aaa" but never receive anything from another module.
I don't know if I have to follow any message format.

I'm afraid i do not fully understand the background here? Is the application you are trying to run build with MATLAB toolbox ?
