Hi,

We are using HVBMS800SCTBUN and successfully flashed the demo model (k358bmu_read_s32ct). However, when we were monitoring the voltages, the voltages of last module display differently . This is happening for few cells. Please see the snap below.

1. Kindly help on how to resolve this issue ?

2. When we are changing voltages, some voltages are updated faster and others are slow. Is there any reason for this behaviour ?

Hi Marius, this issue was because I used incorrect elf file inside free master . After using the right one it works fine. I managed to figure his out and this is resolved now.

Hello @ShivaB,

To be honest, I have never encountered this issue before. If you are using the HVBMS 800V kit connected to the 18 cell emulator,  all the 3 BCCs are connected in parallel to the same potentiometers. If the CID 1 and 2 delivers the expected voltages constantly and the CID 3 sometimes 4 or 6 makes me think there might be a loose cable somewhere. Could you try swapping some cables and check the results?

Note: The slowest is 5 seconds delay

Hello @ShivaB

What you are seeing on the FreeMASTER regarding the delay is somehow normal. FreeMASTER is communicating over UART and tries to request a lot of values each 100ms over an 115200 baudrate.

What I have tried, and you could do the same on your side is to create a simple Watch Subblock in the FreeMASTER to add only the last value from each battery cell controller. In my case case this resulted with no delay to the values.

Hope this helps,
