HotFix_1: Fix "Undefined function 'slsfnagctlr'..." when trying to generate code on R2017b

Problem: If you try to generate code for any model on R2017b, you will receive this error: "Undefined function 'slsfnagctlr' for input arguments of type 'char'." 

Root Cause: Matlab API change.

Workaround:  Move slsfnagctlr.p file (attached in the zip) in the following folder 

{Toolbox install dir}\mctbx_kv*xf\mctbx_kv*xf\mscripts 

note:* is used as a placeholder for 3/4/5/10 (if you have KV3, KV4, KV5,etc.)

Cumulative patch:

All patches come in the form of self-extracting zips and contain all the patches, up-to-date. A user can install at any point in time the latest patch and get all the patches from before, regardless if he had or had not installed some previous patch.

Usage:

Run MBDT_Kinetis_cumulative_patch_1.exe and enter the following path when prompted:

{YOUR_INSTALL_DIR}\mctbx_Kinetis

e.g.: C:\MCToolbox\mctbx_Kinetis

Most likely you will be asked if you want to overwrite some files - just click on 'Yes to All' option. 

MBDT_Kinetis_cumulative_patch_1 contains:

• HotFix1 - Fix "Undefined function 'slsfnagctlr'..." when trying to generate code on R2017b
• HotFix2 - Fix PIL simulation for KV3x on R2018a or newer

HotFix_2: Fix PIL simulation for KV3x on R2018a or newer

Problem: If you try to run PIL simulation for KV3x on on R2018a/R2018b/R2019a, you will receive this error: ""Unable to find message key 'BuildArgMissing' in catalog 'Connectivity:target'"." 

Root Cause: Matlab API change.

Workaround:  Install cumulative patch (minimum version 1)
