Two issues with the FTM config block.
1. The drop down menu for setting polarity on the fault input doesn't change the configuration in ftm0_pwm_params.h. I need to select low polarity and high polarity is being set regardless of selection with the drop down menu.
2. The pin selected for the fault input is not being initialized. I also cant find a block to initialize the pin properly, but I would expect the FTM config block to do this initialization.
