A problem about capture the frequency of the hall signal

Follow the example (BLDC_ClosedLoop_mpc5744p), I just made a model to capture the frequency of the hall signal. The frequency of the signal cannot be measured correctly.  connect the PA2 with PA0.

Attached is the Simulink model. Can you help me see what the problem is ?
