Task Aware Debugger

Hello. 

Is there a setup document somewhere for using the Task Aware Debugger?  I have a K10 micro, codewarrior 10.2, and MQX 4.0.  I've followed the steps in the Getting Started with Freescale MX RTOS document, but it never connects to the micro.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
