MCF5328 cache memory

We have two products using MCF5328, one uses SDRAM & another uses DDR SDRAM both 16-bit.

with DDR, we see the cache memory is in picture & it speeds up the performance.

But when there is SDRAM, chache memory is not in picture.

Anybody know, what can be wrong ?

Both memories are placed on the same address place?

wich version of mqx are you using? The same version for both boards?
