shut down BIST

the BIST preparation gates off the clocks for the MCU peripherals 
so, how to access the shut down BIST results ??

Hello,

You will read the results after BIST finish and it trigger reset.

Right after reset you can read Shutdown and also startup BIST results in STCU status registers.
