I'm facing a problem concerning reset escalationthe board is running normally but once a reset occurs, it is entered into reset escalation mode and can not reprogrammed.

Check the reset line on the scope to see the reset interval, before reset escalation is triggered.
Also check the reset sources after first reset in RGM FES/DES registers so you know root cause.
