I found in this forum the MPC5748G BSDL for Boundary Scan Testing. I wonder if somebody can provide the MPC5748C BSDL File.

Hi,

derivatives MPC5747C, MPC5748C (yours), MPC5746G, MPC5747G and MPC5748G are covered by the same BSDL file:

Different BSDL file is needed for MPC5744B, MPC5745B, MPC5746B, MPC5744C, MPC5745C and MPC5746C - attached.
