cannot install CodeWarrior for MPC55xxMPC56xx v2.10.exe

When I was trying to install the "CodeWarrior for MPC55xxMPC56xx v2.10.exe", I cannot install it with admin mode, it always show the wizard was interrupted before Code Warrior ....could be complete:

The CW 2.10 will run on winXP or older.
