Hello NXP Teams,

I am always very thankful for your helps.

I'm shameless but please help me one more time

As I said, I am currently using MPC5777C and want to test etpu_pwm_mpc5777c example code from s32ds PA 2.1.

I want to see pulses using FreeMaster so I read through freemaster user guide published in 2022/3.

According to user guide, it says that MCUXpresso SDK example application is used, but I don't think I can download this file in NXP homepage.

Also I'm not really sure what MCUXpresso does since it also have it's own IDE.

I just wanted to see if it might work, so I debugged and launched etpu_pwm_mpc5777c project in s32ds, created my own project in FreeMaster and went to Project > option and set RS232 port to COM5 which my RS232 cable is connected and set speed to 115200.

I launched connection Wizard in tools tab and selected "Use direct connection to on-board USB port". And went on clicking next but this error popped up "No board detected on any of specified UART communication ports."

Can you explain this communication process to me?

Thanks alot.

MPC5777C is not supported by MCUXpresso, but by S32 Design Studio.

I would recommnend to see FreeMASTER community page:
https://community.nxp.com/t5/FreeMASTER/bd-p/freemaster

There are useful links on header webpage, also you may post question to that forum.
