U-Boot Bootloader for mpc5200B

         Can any one help me where can i get u-boot for mpc5200b and cross compiler tool-chain  for it.if any one have any reference please share me.

NXP offers LTIB Linux BSP for the Lite5200B board:

This BSP contains u-boot for the MPC5200B and toolchain.

This BSP was tested under Ubintu 10.
