we can provide support only if those devices were bought directly from us or from authorized distributor. If you have pre-programmed devices from a broker and if we don't know the history of these devices, I don't think we can help. If censorship was enabled on those parts, there's no way to break this protection without a password. To check if the device is censored, you can try to change boot mode using BOOTCFG pins and then try to connect debugger/programmer.

Blue - this is the state when device is censored. Nexus is disabled, so you can't establish the connection via JTAG ever.
Red - you can try to set these modes. If you are able to establish the connection in these modes and if you can't see flash in the memory map, it's a proof that the device is censored and that you can't use them.
