The chip ADC reference

Customer feedback MPC5744 does the chip have diagnostics for the ADC reference? What is the diagnostic mechanism? What is the allowable error? Can you provide a corresponding architecture diagram?In the safety manual and FMEDA, it is only said that there is a safety mechanism, but there is no specific information,Thanks！

ADC selftest is described in reference manual:

You have supply self test 0,1, and 2
