Is there configuration for fault injection of STCU module itself like FCCU_NCFF register which emulate fault injection for FCCU module

I need to test the STCU BIST results by injecting errors and how it will affect the status registers of STCU

Do you mean that if I inject fault by FCCU, status registers of STCU will be affected ??

yes, exactly.

Hello,

you cannot inject real fault in STCU.

However you can inject fake fault to STCU status register (it will only set the status bit in register) by injecting fake fault in FCCU.

This way you can test reaction path from STCU to FCCU to other modules.
