Request for copy of MPC5748G HSM reference manual?

We have multiple MPC5748G eval boards and are currently debugging software that utilises the HSM, we have an image of the HSM firmware however need to enable the HSM. I understand that the HSM is to be enabled via a DCF record however we don't have a copy of the HSM reference manual which details this. Please can I request a copy of this HSM reference manual?

FYI: we are building with GCC (powerpc-eabivle-gcc) and flashing the boards using the OpenSDA (micro usb) interface using the powerpc-eabivle-gdb server.
