I am developing products using MPC5674F, reviewing Core self test methods.
I have already tested the evaluation version ICST provided by NXP,
but, I wonder if SCST can be applied to MPC5674F as well.
I have two questions about this.
1. can SCST be used in the MPC5674F?
2. Does you have diagnostic coverage information of SCST?
please provide any documentations about SCST.
