Quadrature Encoder Help

Hello everyone.

I'm building a 100 kW traction set composed by a 3PH inverter and a PMSM, and I need to read the signals from an HS35 encoder from Bei (open colector output) for IFOC control. I'm using the MPC5775E EVB for this application, along with an interface board with my own gate drivers, sensors and all. I've seen some materials using the FTM on a LPC86x and with a S32K144, but couldn't find any using 577x microcontrollers. There's no topic in the datasheet related to it either.

Is there any documentation related to quadrature encoder reading for this microcontroller? Should I build a dedicated PCB for decoding the encoder signals?

Encoder is possible to do with eTPU.

We even offer function which will run on MPC5775E.
