Processor SC5774NMMY3

Hi. 
I'm looking for information about Freescale SC5774NMMY3 Processor (mask 2N76P).
What will be new name of that processor MPC5774? OR S32R27x?
I found that new name of SC5773NQMMY3 is S35R274 is it possible that will be the same device and datasheet will be match?

im not sure about it because that topic which you attached was about SC5773NQMMY3
Main difference about that two processors are package. in S32R274 is LFBGA257 but in SC5774NMMY3 i've got LFBGA356. so i would like to check that it's not MCP5774K which have same package as SC5774NMMY3.

looks like you are right.

I was talking with RADAR expert about this.

The SC5774N is indeed an SPC5775K device. Datasheet match except you have only 1MB of ram.

This is an old device name which is not used. No documents are available for that one. I guess you have some early engineering sample.

Please stick with S32R274, documentation is on NXP.com
