Processor Expert code for more than 1 core

I have Devkit MPC5748G and I have used processor expert generated code for single core and I have build whole program using that. Now I tried to make a new program for another application which has 2 cores but I saw there is no processor expert options.

So can we use processor expert code for multiple cores?

Help me to understand this..
