Hello,

I am trying to use a Lauterbach probe with a MPC5777CEVB in the S32DS for Power Architecture (2.1, build ID 190624). I tried to follow the HOWTO that is available in the knowledge base (https://community.nxp.com/t5/S32-Design-Studio-Knowledge-Base/HOWTO-Install-Lauterbach-TRACE32-debug...) but could not connect to the Lauterbach repository (neither http://www.lauterbach.com/eclipse nor https://repo.lauterbach.com/eclipse). I get error messages as shown in the screenshot below:

How shall I proceed to install this plugin?

Thanks,

Ricardo

According similar threads dealing with this topic this could be potentially caused by Firewall settings/company policy. It looks that something is blocking the connection.

I would recommend to consult with your IT department.

Alternatively you could ask Lauterbach to provide offline installation package:

Hello,

https did not help, either. In fact, I get those error messages from any site of the provided list...

Thanks,

Ricardo

Hi David,

As altering company policies is well beyond my reach, I will contact Lauterbach support. Thanks!

Have you run S32DS with administrator rights?

Hello David,

I ran it with and without administrator rights and I got the same error messages. Is there any other way to install the plugin?

Besides: does it require a TRACE32 license to work or having the probe is enough?

Thanks,

Ricardo
