Hi,

By cutting of power during programing flash you have most probably created multibit ECC errors in flash.

Did you tried to erase whole micro flash?

Can you see that flash is correctly erased before you begin code loading?

Hi,

unfortunately I am not working with PE and S32DS.

I am always using Lauterbach and GHS. I can guide you here if you want.

According to my colleague only erase is not supported in PE. However there can be used workaround by generating empty S records and loading it as PE erase whole micro on programming.

Hi Peter,

Thank you for your response.

So if I understood you correctly, you have lost power during erase.--------yes

Were you erasing whole internal flash of micro?----yes

Do you see permanent reset on reset pin?----no

Today i captured console log in S32DS and is attached for your reference.

Following are some more observations

1.verifying object file CRC.... after this message it is taking more time

2.After that things are happening as per attached log.

Thanks&Regards,
