MPC5777C Mil Grade Part availability forecast

Currently, we are using MPC5554AZP132, which is a military temperature grade part. Could you please tell us longevity (EOL) for this part?

Could you please also tell us if MPC5777C will be made available in military temperature grade (-55 degC to +125 degC operating) ?

Longevity for this device is 15 year and product launch was 2004–07. Thus it’ll be manufactured at least to 2019.

As I know NXP will not offer MPC5777C in -55 to +125 temperature grade.

I would recommend to contact e2v company as they sometimes offer MPC devices in extended temperature range as this one:
