MPC5748G - PORST Pin

Hi,

with the help of the reference manual I found out what to do with the Porst Pin when using an external 1.25V supply. But what to do with the PORST Pin when using the NPN ballast transistor for providing the 1.25V?

Connect PORST to the 1.25V? Connect PORST to VDD_HV? Leave PORST floating?

(I'm using the MPC5748G)

Hi,

when using the internal core voltage regulator and external ballast transistor, it is recommended to pull the PORST pin to VDD_HV_A via 10k resistor.
