MPC5746C boot loader to jump to the APP application

   I need to do a MPC5746C boot loader to jump to the APP application, what action should I do to jump to the APP application? My APP procedures have been written to FLASH, boot loader how to operate?

This is an old question, but read about Boot Header. 

The Boot Header contains the start address of the App.
