MPC5744P disable nexus auxiliary interface when using Serial Aurora

Hello

I have some digital outputs connected to MSEO[0] and MSEO[1] pins.

Debugging with LAUTERBACH TRACE32 using the Serial Aurora connection, I am not able to control those pins unless I disable NEXUS.

According to the documentation, those pins correspond to functionalities employed with Parallel Nexus.

Is there any way I can disable those functionalities while retaining the Nexus functionality on its Serial Aurora configuration?

Hello,

The function of the trace pins is usually directly bound to enabling of the trace. If the SIUL does not allow overriding the setting, then I am afraid it is not possible to use trace MSEO pins at the same time.

Unless there is some undocumented feature I don't know of...
