MPC5674F self-test

I found the Power Architecture e200 Core Self Test Software (SWE200-CST002E) on the MPC 5674f self test from NXP homepage.

I have confirmed through SWE200-CST002E description that SWE200-CST002E performs MCU core instruction tests.

In addition to MCU core instruction tests, I want to know if there is a library that supports the MPC 5674f self test.

Hi,

Unfortunately there is no software self-test library.

Only core self-test.

So If you require to test micro (for example for higher ASIL class) you have to write SW build in self tests or select micro which already support HW BISTs. (build in self tests). Which is in my opinion the best solution.
