unfortunately, we do not have example directly for MPC5604S, but there are some examples for MPC5634M and MPC5604P in software example list.
MPC5 software example list
FlexCAN modules are almost the same, so you can use this examples. I found also MPC5643L FlexCAN simple example and I am attaching it to this post.
