MPC5554 software loading using PE Micro Multilink Universal

I am using Metrowerks IDE with PE Micro Multilink Universal(Part# USB-ML-UNIVERSAL) for code loading with MPC5554 controller. When i am trying to load the code using  64K Starter Edition of P&E's PKGPPCNEXUS it is asking for .asm files and ppf files.As we are using Metrowerks IDE we are having MOT files. Is it possible to load the software using MOT files? Kindly suggest troubleshooting methods for this issue.

.mot file is S-record, it will ask subsequently
.pcp file a a programming algorithm, it should be present in PKGPPCNEXUS installation directory or it can be downloaded on PeMicro website. Chhose according used board, for instance
Freescale_MPC5554_1x32x512k_Freescale_H7F_32_Driver.PCP
